[Cubicweb] Pyramid and REST

Also, look at https://www.cubicweb.org/project/cubicweb-wsme, which
provides a REST api.

It is not perfect (far from it) but is a working solution for short term
needs. I hope a more general and robust solution will emerge from these
discussions and the pyramid-cubicweb project.
