[Cubicweb] cubicweb-bootstrap 0.1.0: can I move the tag?

Actually, there have been a formal release (in RPM for a client) and we 
got errors while generating the official debian package. The changesets 
fixing the debian errors have just been reviewed (rev. 7922ff973bcd and 
6389df55f9f6) and a 0.1.0-2 debian package is on its way.

So we're not going to move the 0.1.0 tag

This should go in a 0.1.1 version.
