Something I forgot to mention in my email: I propose to keep releasing as many bugfix
releases as needed, with an increased bugfix number, so numbering would be in fact 
"15.10.0", "15.10.1" etc. 

We may also keep the four digits of the year to keep it explicit, like 2016.04.2 or 
2015.10.0... I was not very fond of this at the beginning, but I now find it 
more explicit, so I would be +1 to keep the 4 digits of the year.
