[Cubicweb] PYRAMID: Integrated sessions & error management (a.k.a. getting rid of 'appli')

Thanks for this.

Also I will complete it with a "configuration" repo asap with
most core dependencies inside (cubicweb + pyramid & close
dependencies + pyarmid_cw bridge).
