[Cubicweb] cwuri and eid

This is an issue with dataimport.py that has kept the pre-3.10.9 'cwuri' 
style

    def gen_cwuri(self, entity):
         return u'%seid/%s' % (self.baseurl, entity.eid)

I will be opening a ticket and pushing a patch.
