[Cubicweb] Bootstrap 2, Orbui 1 and CubicWeb 4

In fact, Orbui is our attempt to bring CW to
- Responsive Framework ( Bootstrap - we tried another frameworks)
- and some code we developed to make CW more friendly.
We really wanted to start this exchanges with the community as CW would
certainly move one day to HTML5 and responsive design.
We also thought it as CW4 because of the main changes in the HTML
structures and probably some other modifications at the core of CW.
I understand the issue about migrating and maintaining your current and
Certainly we will continue developing Orbui, as it will help us cover our
development and design needs.
We hope one day most of this code will made it to CW, making the
maintenance of Orbui easier and probably bringing more people to the CW
