[Cubicweb] How to test .po files?

we should probably compute this dynamically according to .po files
found in cubicweb/i18n.

right. Though you should first run c-c i18ncube <instance cube>
to create a de.po file for the cube, else i18ninstance won't see
that a new language is available for the instance.
