[Cubicweb] branches switch

Hi there,

a quick note to inform that branches switch should occurs this afternoon
or tomorrow in cubicweb's mercurial repository:

* default becomes future 3.11
* stable becomes 3.10 maintainance branch
* oldstable becomes 3.9

I released last week a 3.9.9 release which will be the latest of the 3.9
series unless someone explicitly ask for another one.
