There is no notion of group of tickets, but you could have a ticket
that depends on other tickets:

You could use http://hg.logilab.org/cubes/testcard and add a new
relation type that links to tickets. You would describe the feature
and how to validate that it works, then link to tickets.

The idea of testcard is that you describe your high-level
validation/script tests and with each new version you get to validate
that the tests passed correctly.
