[Cubicweb] experimenting with a DataFeed entity

The idea was simply to lower local server load by using client-side requests
to poll the last modification date of the entity on the original server. I
think we can not get the relevant HTTP header values through javascript, but
at least it should be present in the entities description, am I wrong?
