I think you have to turn debian/source/options into a regexp compatible
syntax, i.e: '.' -> '\.' and '*' -> '.*'
Then you can safely drop debian/python3-cwclientlib.install file.

Also since you're dropping python2 package, maybe rename binaries
(usr/bin/cwshell3 -> usr/bin/cwshell, etc) ? This will require to make
python3-cwclientlib package conflict with python-cwclientlib.
